Welcome to H2O Plumbing and Hot Water Systems. We have been serving the needs of multi-family and commercial properties in the greater Dallas and Fort Worth area for over a decade.

First, we have been in business in the local DFW area for 12 years and are here to stay. We service most all of the major property management companies in the Dallas Fort Worth area and have for more than 8 years - we could not have achieved this milestone if we were not doing something right!
Our primary focus is multi-family properties. We have a full understanding of fee management and understand your commitments to the property owners.
We have 3 master plumbers on our staff and are always in constant communication with our plumbers on your property.
We are committed to providing the highest level of service at the best value for our customers. One example of which is our invoicing system. Unless you request otherwise, all invoices are reviewed at our office before being sent to your properties. This allows us to make certain you are properly invoiced and not overcharged.
To make certain you are not over billed we look at time on job in two ways: we make certain the time matches our truck tracking reports (each vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking device); we also review time on job with normal time against task and we question our technicians about time spent if we feel the work took longer than normal - all of this is done before we send you an invoice. Habla Español. Almost all of our vehicles have a Spanish speaking person on board, a benefit in today's labor pool.
Most of our technicians have been with us five or more years and take great pride in their work.
Our technicians are not commissioned so there is never up selling - we understand your needs as well as budgets.

for a local company that specialized in full service plumbing for area commercial and multi-family properties. Master # 18927.
Sharon Thurgood, Vice President of Administration and Finance
Sharon has an extensive background in banking, administration and management. This experience is supplemented by broad
skills in customer relations.
